Travel through Morocco’s high mountains, harsh desert and paradise-like green oases to Berber meeting-places and the medieval medinas of Marrakech and Taroudant. Explore the labyrinths of oriental sultans’ cities and their picturesque covered markets and sleep in a nomad tent on the edge of the Sahara.
1st Day: Casablanca – Marrakech
Arrival at Mohammed V International airport in Casablanca, greeted by your guide, direct transfer to Marrakech.
Room setup, information session.
Overnight and half-board in hotel (4-star).
2nd Day: Marrakech
Breakfast, and a day of visiting the Red City, namely the Majorelle Gardens, the Menara, and the Saadian tombs, as well as Koutoubia (librarians’ mosque) visit. The mosque was inaugurated under the Almoravides’ Berber Dynasty in 1120, then was immensely renovated from 1162 under the Emir Almohade Abu Yusuf Yaqub al-Mansur, and became a building most characteristic of its style. Its name originates from the fact that it was situated in the manuscript merchants’ souk.

3rd Day: Marrakech
Breakfast, and departure for a morning in the Ourika Valley.
Return to Marrakech, lunch break, and a discovery walk through the Jamma Lfna square. It is a touristic hotbed which continues to attract over a million visitors. You’ll enjoy entertainment by snake charmers, monkey trainers, storytellers, musicians and other popular forms of art (games, henna designs, etc.)
“The Cultural Space of Jemaa el-Fna” was included by UNESCO in 2001 as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity, a meeting point for people of the desert and mountains. The souks are right across the way.

4th Day: Marrakech – Ouarzazate (200 km/4h00)
Breakfast, then departure for the city of Ouarzazate through the Tichka pass.
Room setup, lunch break and visit of the city in the afternoon.
Private evening at hotel nightclub (DJ and local tunes)
Overnight and half-board in La Perle du Sud hotel (3-star) or similar accommodations.
5th Day : Ouarzazate – Merzouga (380 km/5h00)
Breakfast, then departure for Merzouga, through Dades and Tinghir.
Arrival in Erfoud, then depart by Jeep for a day of excursion through the path of the Paris-Dakar Rally. Visit of the marine fossil banks (dated more than 360 million years).
Continue Jeep trek to the Erg Chebbi dunes, visit the Khamliya village in which the locals are of Malian origin, and will offer us tea while we enjoy a show of their traditional dancing.
Dinner and overnight in the open air, bivouacs on-site.
Potentially experience an unforgettable sunset on camel’s back.
6th Day:Merzouga-Marrakech (580 km/8h50)
Breakfast and return to Erfoud, continue on to Marrakech.
Lunch break on the way.
Arrive to destination, room setup.
Overnight and half-board in hotel (4-star).
7th Day : Marrakech

8th Day: Marrakech- Casablanca (230 km/2h20)
Following breakfast, transfer to Mohammed V International airport in Casablanca, according to flight times.
